Riders

Call from your account phone to request a ride, check trip status, or hear your referral number and available requests. Refer a new driver and earn ride requests when their account is approved. Pay your driver directly and confirm the trip details with them.

Drivers

Drivers never pay a service fee. Use your rider's referral number to sign up. If you do not have one, call us. Set your availability and pickup area in your account.

Install the driver app on Android

Open upicktaxi.com/driver in Chrome and sign in. Tap Install app when offered, or use Chrome’s menu → Add to home screen → Install. On your ride board, tap Enable notifications and allow the browser prompt. Use Send test notification to check this device. Notifications require internet access and Android permission; battery saving or Do Not Disturb may delay or silence them.

Text alerts

Only drivers who opt in on the website receive SMS alerts. Callers and riders are not enrolled for SMS. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
